Meet Rolande Ann Leblanc and Derek Ryles, owners of an amazing lavender farm in Prince Edward County.

After travelling the world and witnessing lavender in the wine countries of New Zealand and Provence, Rolande and Derek were inspired to open a farm of their own.

In 2005 after living in the Yukon for more than two decades, the couple moved south and opened their farm in Prince Edward County.

The farm started with half an acre of lavender, eventually growing to a full acre by the following Spring. Today, Rolande and Derek are the proud owners of three full acres of lavender with a further acre of other fine herbs.

Stasis is proud to use Rolande and Derek’s lavender in our lavender honey and lavender jelly. We also incorporate many of their amazing herbs into our cooking. Visit us in store or shop online to pick up some delicious lavender products today.
